Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Jewellery

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I suspect we will see more of The late Queen Mothers collection of jewellery on The Duchess of Cornwall and indeed Cambridge in the years to come.

This is the first time of me seeing the brooch. I'm stunned The Queen hasn't worn it in public since it passed down to her.

The Bandeau is in different colors. It would be beautiful on Catherine today.

It is lovely, it's a headband! a bejewelled with Royal association one, but still a headband.

It would suit Kate's hair style, headbands have a primary function - to keep flyaway hair off your face!

Way too casual a look with such a piece however, interesting to see (if ever) what she might do with it .....

There’s something very special and unique about this bandeau bracelet. I think it’s very creative to use it as a tiara.

:previous:It's a favorite of mine, but I'm not sure I would describe it as regal. Once her husband ascended the throne and she had access to larger pieces, the Queen Mum never wore it again. But it is a good starter tiara, possibly for a young royal bride who bears a strong resemblance to her great-grandmother…

From Her Majesty's Jewel Vault: Queen Alexandra's Wedding Parure

Assuming it's still intact (the necklace) she just might not care for it. She's worn pieces of the parure (brooch and earrings) so maybe the necklace is not to her taste.

Looks like the tiara has been 'disposed of'.

Camilla and then Kate will have access to the rest and if they like it we might see it at some point.

It was a big mistake for that tiara to leave the Royal Collection. That was a very impressive piece.
