The two birthday of Queen Elizabeth ll

Just been wondering why the Queen has two birthdays,..can u tell me why?..and why is June 17 became her official birthday?...any significance of June 17 to her?

Her true birthday is on April but isn,t a good month to celebrate because the climate, for this reason they choos June but it isn,t only Monarch to do that there are more.
