Prince Adam Karol Czartoryski is the son of Prince Augustyn Józef Czartoryski (1907–1946) and Princess María de los Dolores of Bourbon-Two Sicilies. Through his mother, he is the first cousin of King Juan Carlos I of Spain. He is the head of the Polish House of Czartoryski, descendants of Gediminas (died 1341), ruler of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.

She's daugther of HRH Prince Adam Czartoryski, son of HRH Princess Maria de los Dolores of Borbón Dos Scilias (sister of the later Contess of Barcelone, King Juan Carlos mother) and HRH Prince Jose Augusto Czartoryski.

But,it is also interesting that her paternal grandfather,Prince August Czartoryski (husband of Princess Maria Dolores of Bourbon Two-Sicilies)

Although her grandmother, Pss Dolores of Bourbon Two Sicilies, is from a junior line of the 'Spanish' Bourbons, their title came from Italy.

Prince Adam Karol Czartoryski is the son of Prince Augustyn Józef Czartoryski (1907–1946) and Princess María de los Dolores of Bourbon-Two Sicilies.

Her Spanish grandmother's designation was Princess Dolores of Bourbon and Orleans. Bourbon-Two Sicilies was the name taken up subsequently by Dolores's half-brother Infante Alfonso of Spain.

This post was written in regard to Dolores's (full) sister María de las Mercedes, but it applies to Dolores equally:

Up until now, I haven't found a mention of María de las Mercedes (or her siblings) being known with the title "Prince(ss) of the Two Sicilies" or "Prince(ss) of Bourbon-Two Sicilies" prior to her half-brother, Infante Alfonso, assuming the headship of the House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies in 1960, though please correct me if I am wrong.


María de las Mercedes' act of birth bore the title HRH Princess of the House of Bourbon:

In a Royal Decree issued in March of 1929, she and her sisters had the style of Serenísima Señora, the title of Princess, and the surname de Borbón y Orleans:

Her father Prince Adam Czartoryski is not HRH,but HSH...

I am not sure about that. Is he not entitled to that rank under the laws of the Spanish Royal House prior to 1978?

Her correct name is "Czartoryska" with "a" at the end, name "Czartoryski" with "i" at the end is reserved for male

As Jo of Palatine pointed out, Czartoryski is the variant she has chosen to use herself. It is a prevalent practice for women with Polish surnames who live outside of Poland to be styled with the male ending.
