Princess Märtha Louise & Durek Verrett News & Current Events Part 2: 2024 -

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
In the meantime, they have made themselves so well known through many newspaper articles, interviews, Instagram presence, the big celebrated wedding, and not to forget a Netflix series still in the making, that Märtha can easily do without the mention of her title if they both want to market their products. Everyone now knows who she is. That must have been their strategy to avoid clashes with the King.
And if she would lose her title, which I don't believe will happen, she still could sell her products under the name of "Former Princess of Norway".

I forgot about the Netflix series🤦
Gee, I can hardly wait for that.

Quite so!:giggle: I was curious what kind of award it is and found this :

So it's all about holistic wellness, beauty and new lifestyle, nothing else than marketing your products and get an award. I'm not sure if Shaman or Märtha got an award and if so for what?
Well, Durek does deserve a lifetime award. Because he has managed to snake his way into a reigning royal family and in theory he could become the consort of a reigning queen.
How many gurus can claim that?

Yes, he won the lottery! But there are still two in this story. Märtha fell in love with him and whatever comes to light or will happen she will cling to him. Because, and that is their credo, all criticism from the outside world, those who aren't in their circles, are just jealous, mean or don't understand the spiritual world they are living in.

Here we go again! This must be part of ML's Princess and the Shaman BS she got in trouble for.
"Princess Märtha Louise and Shaman Durek, also known as The Princess and the Shaman, opened up in an exclusive interview with GURUS magazine about their gender-free love, Shamanism, racism, and the undeniable support from the monarchy."

Well, "Princess"... She might be not allowed to use the title, BUT she can always say:

"We live in a free world, democracy and all that, and people can call me, what they want. And they want to call me Princess of Norway! But I don't care, I'm just Märtha-Luise."

About the audio messages:
Everything indicates that the shaman is in Norway when he and Eric Nies have their conversation via audio messages. The shaman reveals that Märtha is sitting next to him and hears everything he says.
- Märtha knows about every single thing, and she understands every single thing, Durek says.
Eric Nies is concerned. He has been approached by two Durek's former clients, who have said that things of a sexual nature have happened in sessions, which have made them feel uncomfortable.
- The reason I make these mistakes is because sometimes guys want to… uh… do things and I have this part of me that doesn't put a leash on me because I live in a world where I'm all about love, connections, energy and so on. Märtha knows about this side of me, and she has helped me process these sides and look at where they come from and what they are about. She is actually here right now listening to our conversation, Durek says.

********
Durek at his Instagram:
"It was truly lovely to receive an award at the Guru Magazine Award show. What an exciting evening, surrounded by such talented change-makers who are forging new paths and breaking barriers for humanity..."

His "mistakes"? To me, that's tantamount to an admittance that he's gone too far. If this is true, and knowing his past "mistakes", he could be guilty of battery.

Se og Hør must be fairly sure of their source because this kind of accusation will end up in court otherwise. Isn't Durek already suing them? Is this their way of telling him that they have receipts if he wants to continue his lawsuit, or he might want to reconsider?

Too much love within him, so he can't control himself, that's what he says, right?
That's a good excuse. If you happen to be a sexual predator.

Yes. And Märtha Louise knew everything - did they tell king Harald too, before the wedding?

The police report from Durek against Se og Hør, for breach of privacy, has been dropped by the police.
This is confirmed by police attorney Jenny Marie Solgaard to VG.
- Oslo police district can confirm that the case has been dropped.
The background for the review was an article Se og Hør published in an issue of the weekly magazine at the end of October. In the article, a Swedish man made accusations against Verrett. The case was also reported to the Norwegian Press Complaints Commission (PFU).

Se og Hør's editor-in-chief Ulf André Andersen said that the police's decision was not surprising.

I don't think that Märtha and the Shaman talked much about their affairs with the King or the Queen.

We should not forget that they both are 87 years old. That is an age where people shouldn't be bothered with big familiar problems because they have their own problems with getting old and having lots of health issues. I am writing that from experience of family members who were lucky enough to reach that age. But one thing I learned is that you have to keep away big problems from them. Let them enjoy such an old age in peace and don't put more burdens on them.
That is also a reason why , and maybe I am wrong, wouldn't expect the King to act about his daughter or son. They are old and frail and I admire them for still fulfilling their royal duties.
But , we shouldn't expect them to go to the press and make declarations.
That, I think would be Haakons duty, but he doesn't.

Harald is still the Head of State, so should not be treated like any older person. He apparently thinks that he still has the capacity to lead his land - and family, so should shoulder that responsibility. If he finds that he can no longer do so, he should either appoint Haakon as a permanent regent or abdicate.

With regards to the recent revelations, that's not new. Several years back there were already articles published about these questionable actions (to put it mildly) by Durek during his 'sessions', so this should not come as a surprise.

I agree with you. And because he "apparently thinks that he still has the capacity..." is the core of the problem IMO, I mentioned that some time ago but was criticized for my opinion. "A regent should not abdicate for whatever reasons there are". I am of a different opinion but I am aware that I might be in the minority.

Yesterday, November 10, Märtha Louise and Durek attended the 1st Annual Gurus Awards in Los Angeles ;)

If photos hadn't been linked, I would swear this post was satire.

GURU OF THE YEAR??!!🤣😂😆

My God, how did anyone keep a straight face...let alone remain sober??

Up thread I posted a link to the organization of "Gurus Award". It is for real. It is probably one of those numerous organizations worldwide that are celebrating themselves and giving awards to members. Maybe you could call it B or C celebrities.
I am not surprised that ML and DV are moving within that circle, that is where they are being accepted and feel comfortable.
I don't condone such people, they can do whatever they want to do as long as they aren't harmful for others. But with ML and DV it is different, because of their or let's say her heritage as a European princess she isn't a "nobody " in some special Californian based circles.

Why did Durek file complaints in the first place, he had to have known that there was proof (including his own words) to back up the paper & plaintiff's claims.

I don't think there were many Wise Men in Durek's past lives because the old adage "silence is golden" has been around forever but he doesn't understand or practice it.

Personally, I'm so tired of Harald being given leeway because of his age. It's pure stubbornness (and perhaps lack of confidence in Haakon) that keeps him trundling along when he should retire.

He knows what's going on in his family, and he is complicit in covering it up. Mette-Marit would not have issued that letter without Harald's okay. Harald's lawyers will know all about Durek's past and informed him. It's their job to do so.

It turns out, IMO, that Harald is a weak sovereign. He puts family first when it should be country first. He should have told both his children "NO" much more often. He is King first and foremost, a figurehead for the country, someone to look up to. It's impossible for me to admire him when he can't even govern his own family.

This thread is about Princess Märha Louise and Durek Verrett. While it’s tempting to discuss King Haralds (and Crown Prince Haakons) ability to lead given the nature of the recent developments - it is off topic.

The question about who should (and who should not) be King of Norway can preferably be discussed in this thread
