I believe I know the sex of the baby: It will be a girl, because there must be a unwritten tradition in the family, that the first born children are girls.
Here is a little proof:

The first child of Princess Maxima is a girl (Princess Catharina-Amalia),
the first child of Princess Laurentien is a girl (Countess Eloise),
the first child of Princess Mabel is also a girl (Countess Luana).

And in the van Vollenhoven family:
The first child of Princess Marilene is a girl (Anastasia)
the first child of Princess Anette is a girl (Isabella), and
the first child of Princess Anita is also a girl (Emma).

This made me secure, that Princess Aimee also will get mother of a daughter.

I think the odds are for a girl, but it would be REALLY awesome if Floris breaks the Dutch tradition. His grandmother had only girls, his mother had only boys, all of his cousins and brothers have had girls first and either more girls, or boys second, so maybe Floris and Aimee will break the tradition with a boy
