On Thursday, March 21, the Imperial Prince and Princess of Brazil, Dom Antonio and Dona Christine de Orleans and Bragança, were present at the Mass in Thanksgiving for the 442nd anniversary of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia in Rio de Janeiro, in Our Lady of Bonsucesso Church.

Princess Christine de Ligne de Orleans e Bragança attended the Great Abolition Festival at the Church of the Imperial Brotherhood of Our Lady of the Rosary and Saint Benedict of the Black Men, in Rio de Janeiro, in commemoration of the 136th anniversary of the Abolition of Slavery in Brazil by Princess Dona Isabel, on May 13, 1888.

 
The Imperial Princess of Brazil, Dona Christine de Ligne de Orleans e Bragança, participated in the celebration of the Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities at the headquarters of the Consulate-General of the Portuguese Republic in Rio de Janeiro, São Clemente Palace, where she was received by the Consul-General, Maria Gabriela Vieira Soares de Albergaria.

Dom Antonio de Orleans e Bragança remains hospitalized due to respiratory failure. Currently, there is a progressive improvement.
 
Prince Dom Rafael de Orleans e Bragança met with the President of the Dom Bosco Center, Álvaro Alberto Ferreira Mendes Júnior, at the CDB headquarters in Rio de Janeiro. They discussed the current situation of the Church and Brazil, the hopes for the Restoration of the Monarchy in the country and future projects, among other topics. Prince Dom Rafael also visited the Monument to the Blessed Sacrament, inaugurated on July 17 by the CDB.
