I was watching the start of the Tour de France in Firenze, Italy. And it seemed that Prince Albert was present there?

Prince Albert was most likely there because the final two stages of this year’s Tour are partly in Monaco. It’s a big deal as the final time trials and stage usually take place in Paris, but because of the preparations for the Olympics, these will be held in the south of France and Monaco.
