Do we know what it means for people who keep their accounts in Monaco? My understanding is that Monaco was famous for its banking secrecy and it made its fortune because of it. No more banking secrecy?

in Monaco on 19 September 2009.

The Monaco Classic Week, taking place from 16 to 20 September
2009 celebrates two anniversaries the first, 25 years of Prince Albert's
Presidency and 100 years old of Tuiga. Tuiga is a racing yacht built in
1909, at the request of the Duke of Medinacelli, a close friend of the
King of Spain, Alphonse XIII. After having been meticulously restored
in the Fairlie Restorations ship yard, in England, under the care of
specialist Duncan Walker, Tuiga is now moored at the pontoon of her
new owner, the Monaco Yacht Club.

Excellent photos. I like them very much. Specially for the background, the yacht helps the pic to be nice.
