Hi Everyone, i'm Michelle, i'm new on here, please could anyone help me? I'm looking for this lovely Pre Engagement Portrait of Prince Charles & Lady Diana Spencer, Diana is wearing the famous white blouse with the pink bow & she's facing the camera & Charles is in uniform & also facing the camera! I remember first seeing the Portrait in a book by Vogue called 'ROYAL WEDDINGS' in 1981 it's a thin book with a blue cover, the portrait is on the cover & in the book!
Also does anyone have any different photo's of their Engagement? Thankyou for your help

The pictures of her on the thrones are those considered Official Royals portraits like how they have the Coronation picturesof Kings and Queens?

Yes. There was a photo of that sitting in the green dress above that abeared in the Invitation to a Royal Wedding book that went along with Charles and Diana's wedding.
 
I never really liked that pic much, they look so stiff and formal, imo. :nonono::nonono:

I think that Diana looks lovely and regal in this portrait. She looked so much better in the dress than she did wearing it later. She filled it out when this picture was taken.

I like that one because the dress is so beautiful. I don't like any of Diana's trouser outfits because they look so unprincesslike. If she was in a situation where it would be dangerous to wear a dress or skirt, then fair enough.
