here is the same pic but bigger :) IMO she looks bored or it's just a feeling

I thought the same thing when I saw the picture, she looks as though she'd rather be anywhere else.

In my humble opinion she looks about as captivated by the talk as the other people in the photo. It is hard to look intent for long periods at a time.At least she is there lending her support to the organization, that is the important thing.

who knows what she was watching at that moment?? when you have meetings like that, a simple mover of another person can take you out of your concentration. I saw her on tv and she didn't look stiff at all. She talked about her association with the others which was the goal of mission.

it seems that she was the only first lady at this meeting, no?, personally I don't think that that her presence was necessaire at all
another thing, I am very surprise to see that she need a translator to understand english, I always think, that that she is very good in this language

maybe she needed a translator for the more specific medical terms???

I'm glad to see Salma participating in important events like these.

Thanks for the info, I'm glad to see her attending a conference on the issue of STIs. I read an article few months ago about a sharp rise in STIs in muslim countries, so it's good to see her addressing the topic.
