Its Majestys were received to its arrival by the president of the Constitutional Court, Maria Emilia Baamonde Casas; the president of the General Council of the Judicial Power, Francisco Jose Hernando; the minister of Justice, Juan Fernando Lopez Aguilar; the general prosecutor Candido Conde-Pumpido Touron.
Already in the lobby of the building, Don Juan Carlos and Doña Sofía they received the greeting of the general ex--public prosecutors of the State: Jesus Cardinal Fernandez, Cesar Ortiz Úrculo, Carlos Distinguido Perez, Eligio Hernandez Gutiérrez, Leopoldo Boursault Torres, Javier Moscoso del Prado Muñoz and Jose Maria Gil-Albert and Velarde.
Later they moved to the office of the general prosecutor, where they signed in Book of Honour, to return to the lobby, where they visited the exhibition on the History of the Fiscal Ministry and were saluted by the members of the Meeting of Public prosecutors of Room and of the Fiscal Council.
Next, Their Majestys presided over in the Boardroom the meeting of the Fiscal Council and the Meeting of Public prosecutors of Room.

Kings are present at representation ' La Verbena de la Paloma '

The Kings came this evening to the Theatre of Madrid of La Zarzuela to be present at a representation of ' La Verbena de la Paloma', Tomás Bretón's popular and pure work, released in 1894.
Without protocol, as two more spectators, don Juan Carlos and dona Sofía occupied a theater box of the first floor, from where they contemplated the representation.
At theirarrival to The Zarzuela, the Kings were got for the general manager of the National Institute of the Scenic Arts and of the Music (INAEM), Jose Antonio Campos, and that of the theatre, Luis Olmos.
On having concluded the representation, the Kings have foreseen to greet the artistic team that from the last December 10 until the next 22nd it will support in cartel this production of ' La Verbena de la Paloma'.

King of Spain will make visit without precedents to Viet Nam; they accompany important industralists

The visit, the next month, to Viet Nam by King Juan Carlos of Spain does not have precedents in the history of both states, with the added interest by which to the monarch they will accompany important industralists. The Spanish embassy announced here that representing by three tens of important Hispanic companies of the sectors of the construction, the bank, protection of the surroundings, power and by petroleum and gas will accompany the Monarch and will participate in an enterprise forum organized by that diplomatic seat. Signing of the Collaboration Agreement between the Queen Sofía Foundation and the Ministry of Health and Consumption, to provide equipment to the research center of the Project Alzheimer. Palace of LaZarzuela

1,100 meters to investigate the disease of Alzheimer the center, that will count on modern equipment of diagnosis, will form to caretakers.
The Foundation Queen Sofía and the Ministry of Health have signed an agreement to create an investigation unit on the disease of Alzheimer, that will be located in the center that the mentioned foundation is constructing in Vallecas (Madrid). The objective is to foment studies on this pathology from a perspective to multidiscipline. The agreement has been subscribed by Reina Sofía and the minister of Health, Elena Salgado, in name of the Foundation Research center of Neurological Diseases (ONE HUNDRED), employee of the Institute Carlos III of the Ministry of Health and Consumption.

The King received today in the Real Palace from Madrid to a representation of XIII the promotion of the Military school of Zaragoza, presided over by the general lieutenant of the General Corps of the Arms of the Ground forces, Mariano Alonso Baquer, in the occasion of the fifty anniversary.
Don Juan Carlos saluted to the members of the promotion, with those who it agreed during a year in the mentioned military center in which it was between 1955 and 1957.

King and queen of Spain to visit Vietnam


King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain will pay a visit to Vietnam on February 20-21, local Tuoi Tre newspaper said Monday.
Tuoi Tre quoted the Spanish Embassy in Hanoi as saying the King’s entourage will include some 30 Spanish businesses operating in the fields of construction, banking, electricity and gas and oil.

During his trip, King Juan Carlos is scheduled to witness the signing of an agreement on investment protection and encouragement between Vietnam and Spain.

He will also attend a business forum in Hanoi, which will be held by the Chamber of Economy and Trade under the Spain Embassy.

Tuoi Tre quoted a source from the Chamber as saying that King Juan Carlos’ visit to Vietnam would open a new era in the economic, investment and trade relations of the two countries.

Don Juan Carlos and Doña Sofía inaugurated the exhibition "Felix, 25 years of ecological conscience ", an exhibition on the life and builds of the naturalist Felix Rodriguez de la Fuente . The Kings will preside, next Thursday, at the acts of commemoration of the official day of the Memory of the Holocaust and the Pursuit of the Crimes against the Humanity, who will be celebrated in the Auditorium of the Complutensian University of Madrid.
The prime minister, Jose Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, will be present also at the act, which will take place on eve of which fifty five are fulfilled anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz's concentration camp (Poland), on January 27, 1945.
The Spanish Government approved in October, 2004 an agreement for which it was found that the Official Day of the Memory of the Holocaust and the Prevention of the Crimes against the Humanity was remembered on January 27.
