She was fluent/almost native in at least German and possibly spoke something else in addition to English, so that probably helped with Swedish.
Queen Louise also spoke French, at a dinner in 1961 in France she asked the French president de Gaulle to excuse her "ugly French", as her French was the one spoken in the trenches in 1914. She had worked as a nurse with the Red Cross in France during WW1.

Yes, she was undoubtedly quite multilingual as far as swearing was concerned. 🤬
