Peter Philips went to the University of Exeter not Durham. His sister Zara also went there.

British Princes have been going to Cambridge without the proper grades for a very long time. So William could probably have gone there if he really wanted. His father's and Uncle Edward's test scores weren't great and they both went to Cambridge because of the HRH.

I agree with Bertie, there was such a backlash when William did that course. With his results being accessible, I think there would have been an uproar of William had been admitted purely on his HRH.
