That is a lovely dress. Not everyone can pull off horizontal stripes, but she does it quite well.

I'm fairly sure this is Princess Noor. She seems to be wearing a nice houndstooth jacket with a Chanel baguette.

The red, ruffled blouse is gorgeous and suits her really well. I remember seeing photros of Noor in a red dress some years ago and imo she can really carry off this colour.

The ensemble is awful and totally age-inappropriate (it's too old), not to mention ill-fitting. I'd love to see what's under the jacket, speaking sartorially of course.

To be honest, I don't like Princess Iman's style. The outfit doesn't suit for her age. Shoes can be different. Of course , these are just my opinions.
