Oh no. She can afford to have a pantsuit tailored for her so that the blazer fit her. Also, it looks like she is wearing. Sneakers. The other two women are wearing smart little boots at the construction site

A really nice pantsuit, but the jacket could fit better. Great color though goes well with her hair and complexion. Sneakers shoes? . She could find some nice dressy flats.

Not sure about the black details, but she indeed looks good, though she never was a clothes horse. And her hair and make-up are nicely done too.

I don't think the dress is very flattering in terms of fit, and I wish she had chosen a more autumnal color.
