If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Wedding of Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Saif and daughter of Sultan bin Tahnoon. I assume their reception will be held soon after Eid.
Wasn't he married before?? Or am I confusing him with another person, also which daughter of sultan is he marrying and how many daughters does sultan have??

That was Akad E Quraan and from then they are Islamically and legally married. But Reception is still due and everyone will take part in wedding reception.

Sultan bin Tahnoun has 5 daughters (probably) and one son. One is married to Zayed bin Saeed bin Zayed and one is marrying Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Saif.

Maitha bint Sultan bin Tahnoun is marrying Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Saif.

Its all very confusing as to who is who and who is married to who etc. Is there are proper genealogy somewhere that lists all the descendants of Sheikh Zayid bin Sultan (d.2022)? Thanks

Clearing a confusion- It was Hessa bint Sultan bin Khalifa who married Tahnoun bin Saeed bin Saif in 2017 and divorced from him. She remarried in 2021 and Zayed bin Khalifa bin Sultan is her husband.
did she had any children from her first marriage?? is her 2nd husband also al Nahyan and how many children does she have now??

It was posted a couple pages back I think

Mohammed bin hamdan bin Zayeds wife latifa, is she full sister of Khalifa dyab and zayed bin tahnoun??

Aww hessa bint Mohammed is getting married on Monday

Who is the afrah (idk from which branch of the family) that got married in 2022?

Was Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun dad there for the celebrations? I see his dad’s brothers like Ahmed was there.
I rarely see him with his side of the family.

I was hoping to see him, but he didn't appear in any records.

For some reason we don't know, he doesn't attend these events.

His public appearances are too low. He was only seen in his children's wedding and his business event. What if he doesn't want to be in midea!
I never seen mohammed bin hamad's children engaging with their paternal uncles, i don't know why. Where i always see them always engaging with all bin Zayeds in majlis.

What's the next "big thing" involving weddings in Abu Dhabi?

I feel that after Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed, the spotlight will be exclusively on the President's grandchildren and Mansour's children; the others will not be as relevant, these marriages with other families will probably become more common

Do you have any "updated" suitor list for him?

Little has changed compared to the last time we discussed this topic; the list just losted the daughter of Sultan bin Tahnoun (who married Tahnoun bin Saeed bin Saif)
I remember that we focused on Fatima bint Mansour and Mouza bin Saif, they would be the main suitors

I agree with you. Bani Fatima will still remain relevant and bani Tahnoon too. (in bani tahnoon, i mean Mohammed, Khalifa, Sultan, Ahmed)

I think Tahnoon bin Saeed bin Tahnoon couldn't marry an Al Nahyan girl because he isn't that close with his father as his parents divorced. Tahnoon is never with his father and mostly with his uncle nahyan bin Mubarak. Though his wife is also a high status girl with prominent Al Suwaidi and Al Otaiba connection.

Tahnoun bin Mohamed died

Let's wait and see who will be the new Ruler's Representative in Al Ain

I don't believe an announcement before the mourning period is over

It could be a quick decision or take a few months, depending on who is chosen.

Who could be the new Representative in Al Ain?
Great chances of being one of Zayed's sons, as I already said here this was the position that Zayed held (and stood out politically) before becoming Emir, I believe it is an honor for his sons to occupy this position
And naturally Bani Fatima stands out

I believe that Hamdan and Mansour have no chance due to the positions they occupy today; Hazza, Tahnoun and Abdullah have great chances.
Outside of Bani Fatima, I only see Nahyan, Saif and Hamed with any political relevance to occupy this position

In the unlikely event that this position continues with Bani Mohamed's lineage, the strongest name that comes to mind is Sultan bin Hamdan, he seems to be very close to both the President and Mansour.

And an even less likely hypothesis: what if MBZ skips a generation and favors his own tribe? Any of his children or sons-in-law

Why not hamdan? I think if they choose from bani Fatima only Hamdan and hazza have chance especially hazza. Mansour and tahnoun already have alot on their plate plus I dont see Abdullah in that position. From outside of bani Fatima I think sultan bin hamdan might be a good choice, but idk if they're gonna give the position to someone that's not a bin zayed again. But mbz will definitely not give it to his own children/SIL as they are still not powerful enough alone to have such an important position, I dont even think that's the position that he thought for them in his original plan.

I also believe Hazza is the favorite. Hamdan is already the Governor of Al Dhafrah, I don't believe he would get a "promotion" at this point in his career. Mansour as Vice President does not need this position, I agree with you. Regarding Tahnoun, I believe that the duties of this position do not match Tahnoun's personality, and he already has too many powers and responsibilities. Regarding Abdullah, I disagree with you, I believe he has the ideal profile to perform the duties of this position.

And if we stop to think, Bani Fatima already has a President, a Vice President, two Deputy Rulers and a Representative in Al Dhafrah. Only Abdullah was not presented with a position of this nature, I do not doubt that this position was reserved for him.

My main names are Hazza and Abdullah

But wouldn’t that be concentrated power for bani Fatima?
They already have so much positions surely it is a chance for someone else?
Like Tahnouns own family?

But the intention is precisely this ;)

I don't believe someone from Tahnoun's family would take on this role; could give the impression that it was inherited, implying that Al Ain is autonomous/independent ruled by Tahnoun's family

Outside of Bani Fatima I highlight two names: Saif bin Zayed, as he is the most powerful man outside of Bani Fatima, especially if the intention is to kick him out of the Ministry of Interior, appointing him to Al Ain would be a great opportunity for that. And Sultan bin Hamdan, for being the member of Bani Mohamed closest to both the President and the Vice President (Mansour)

finally Hamad bin Tahnoun appeared

finally Hamad bin Tahnoun appeared
But i didn’t see Saeed Bin Tahnoun.
