I am an American who has always been fascinated by the French Royal Family, the Orleans branch of the Bourbon Family. I know that in France, the Comte de Paris has precedence over any other French noble family. However, if while at a function in France the Comte de Paris were introduced to the Prince of Wales or the Duke of York who would have precedence?
