The Dutch Royals look wonderful, sorry, Sheikha Moza looks like she is attending a funeral.

Sheikha Moza use to wear black Abaya home,she don't go for something more western until she travel aboard.
I don't think she is looking like she is attending a funera she looks good IMO.
