That is so lovely! I wonder if any of the CP kids will join them – given they're all under 18 for a little while yet, I suspect the DRF still considers them under the category of "depending on their form on the day"
I wonder if Felix is becoming the new Count Ingolf. I.e. the one of his branch of the family (Joachim's children) who actually maintains a good relationship with the core members of the DRF.
It also suggests that Felix is somewhat less concerned about his title than his brother and mother.
It may have less to do with any attitude of Felix's and more with [whoever] being thoughtful given that most of his family just moved abroad and the brother he's very close to is in Australia. So why not invite him to something?
Of course, Felix had to have been in the mood to accept.
