He proabably set his assistant with her to the grocery store to get a pack a smokes just to make sure she didn't talk to the press or light up in public. (Nothing agianst smokers, I smoked for ten years. There are exactly ZERO pictures of me with a cigarette in my hand. None. It's tacky and low class)

I mean a lot of us really wish we were in her position, maybe not with PA, but most of us would like to be the heroine of a "rags-to-riches" story of our own. If she dressed in Chanel, etc., everyone would say that she was sponging off of PA. No matter what she does, or how she dresses, she probably won't be able to win for a long time. I feel bad for her in that respect no matter what.
Actually Cartier is on the way from Alberts appartment in the carre d'or to the Louis XVI restaurant (run by Ducasse and joining the Hotel de Paris opposite the casino). I did not see any pics of them going in or coming out of the shop. Just a group of people meeting in front, which was, if you wanted to go to the Louis XVI from that side, the only place to meet up. Everywhere else was blocked off for the GP and I doubt that they would have wanted to meet in the middle of the road in front. Besides, the way people were dressed is even for Monaco standards unusual for a trip to Cartier.teense said:I can't stop laughing Leahteresa!!
Someone, I think Paca, said that by Cartier, there is a short -cut to a restaurant--maybe they were a group meeting for dinner. There is no actual picture of the Charlene entourage actually entering or exiting Cartier that I have seen yet...

Yes, she is young and under educated at least by Crown Princess standards of today (thinking Letitiza, Mary, Mathilde, Maxima, etc.) but if Albert (and Monac) likes her what is the big deal? I know people hate comparisons..but this is starting to remind me of the Mary/Letizia issues.

If she has decided to read the Royal forums and stay awake at night, that's sort of her problem IMO. She has made some bad choices, does that make her a bad person? No, not at all. I have not a clue what kind of person she is. I think I became put out with her comments about education, and the further knowledge that she really has none. The olympics is okay but it's really about self glorification.....it's fine but "don't quit your day job". She came across as shallow and I really do not know why anyone would want to read her interview, or find out anything about her unamazing life. The only think she's done is Albert....
Indeed. And after all, participating on olympic level in whatever sport is much more difficult to accomplish than finishing school. Why? Because if anything, statistically speaking, billions more people have achieved a high school diploma, whereas only a rarefied few thousands of people have been allowed to participate in the olympics.Lillia said:Well, if you think about it, participating in the olympics is pretty amazing, right? I mean, how many people have actually made it there?
And that she did it without having completed any formal schooling is an accomplishment, right?
A very interesting observation.Heidi P. said:I think we must accept the fact that Albert does not fit the classic profile
of "Prince Charming." It may actually do more harm than good to your reputation to marry this Prince.

give them more privacy and not keep feeding the rumor mills
