Crown Princess Mette-Marit is officially report sick after her fall in Ukrain.

So, I guess most likely she won't attend the Gala tonight.

I'm not surprised that she won't be attending. High heels and a long gown, along with being on your feet for a long time are probably not the best idea after a concussion. Hopefully she can get some rest and be back at full strength quickly!

No more comments on Queen Sonja's old and the many recycled dresses. Princess Astrid's dress is fine yes, but it looks very similar to the one she wore last year on the same occasion :- (Try finding the 5 differences )

Everyone looks great! I love the soft pink gown on MM and I'm pretty surprised to see HM recycling the soft yellow gown. (I didn't expect her to wear it again, since the last time she wore it is about 10 years (or something) ago).

HM the Queen looked sensational. The very embodiment of her position.

The choice of jewellery intergrated so very well with the style of evening dress, and I especially admired the use of the malteser cross as a brooch.

I do wish the Crown Princess would wear the Vifte necklace in it's alternative tiara form. She looked lovely though. Quite lovely.

though it is 10 and so years old, but i like queen sonja's dress too, i thought that it was new! because i don't recall seeing it before. cp. mm looked beautiful in the pink dress and hairstyle. p. astrid looked pretty too and the top of her dress looked very similar to cp. mm dress during queen margrethe 70th birthday celebrations:
