In wikipedia ( not that reliable) says that after going to School of Mohammed bin Rashid he graduated from Sandhurst and then he went to London school of Economics. If you go to Gulfnews and look at his profile it says the same thing but they add Dubai school of goverment.

I don't think Hamdan is a pushover when it comes to Sh.Mo , I think they are alike and they understand their position.

I thought that Sh.Hamdan was 28 and is younger than Sh.Rashid.
