And so far she has worn the emerald tiara only in a photo.
And isn't the tiara (or is it just an ornament?) which Margrethe e.g. wore at the CP' s wedding also part of the crown jewels?

No the floral aigrette tiara belongs to the Royal Families Trust.
To the Crown jewels belongs only the Jewel Sets, which ware displayed at Rosenborg Castle and therefore used only for special occasions.

The pendant necklace, earring and large floral brooch which Queen Margrethe II wore at the CP's wedding are part of the Crown Jewels.
The three-piece floral tiara is now part of the family's trust and at Queen Mary's disposal. There are no restrictions for the jewels in the trust to be worn abroad.

What tiaras are part of this family's trust?

Indeed, IIRC Queen Margrethe II took the floral tiara to Stockholm in 1996 for King Carl Gustav´s 50th birthday celebrations.

Stockholm, London, Oslo, Bangkok, Madrid... The floral tiara and the rest of the entailed jewels from the trust have travelled the word with Margrethe II and I hope soon with Mary as well.

She looks to be wearing a huge diamond ring is it from the antique diamond parure?

I, too, noticed the diamond ring. Not sure about its provenance. It appears much larger than the solitaire ring she has been wearing the last few years.

Some pictures of Mary's jewellery last night:

It sure is!

Thank you for sharing the link. Queen Mary looks wonderful and her tiara choice was magnificent.

The jewels were the highlight of the State Gala!

The solitaire diamond ring is the original pendant hung from the riviere Queen Mary wore last nigh.
According to information released by the Royal House, it was converted into a ring for Queen Ingrid in 1952 and the original setting has been retained.
Queen Margrethe II other wore it for gala events one of the notable appearances was the private party for her 70th birthday.

So they can alter the jewelry from the family trust as long as it is not completely dismantled?

I'd guess so, yes. Queen Alexandrine turned two pendants from the pearl and diamond necklace (Queen Lovisa's) into earrings, so there are other examples.
By the way, if I understand the wording on the royal website correctly, the diamond was kept in the original setting when turned into a ring. If yes, I wonder if it can still be worn as a pendant.

Thank you for that info, glad it is worn!

Thanks for sharing. I suspect we will see Queen Mary wear this ring for gala events from time to time. This ring is substantially larger than the solitaire ring she bought and has been using the last few years.

I never thought she would wear that bracelet. I hope she keeps surprising me with her jewelry choices.

Beautiful, but it would look even better if she wore it halfway up her upper arm, as these kind of 19th century bracelets were intended to be worn. I don't know if Mary's aware of this. Also the gown she chose makes her look very boxy, which doesn't go well with the "softer", delicate feeling this jewel from the romantic era exudes.

Can someone provide us with the specific origins of this piece?

It goes back to Queen Josephine of Sweden and came via her granddaughter Louise to Denmark like so many other Jewels.

Interesting bracelet on Mary - glad to see these are coming out of the vaults.

Nice to see her wedding earrings again - I thought they might get pushed to the back of her jewellery box now she has access to so many more jewels as Queen
