Lovely coat! Doesn't suit the weather but then I'm sure if she'd worn a flowing dress we would have had uproar

I think she looked fine, and in this time of the year, one cannot know for sure what to wear. I even prefer this coat this time around that its first appereance back in NZ. Her lovely hair gives the final touch.

I love this coat.

The coat is attractive and looks comfortable to move freely.... With a beautiful roksanda ilinic dress under for her luncheon. Made for interesting photos at different engagements

I like the coat and the dress separately, but I am not sure about her pairing such a warm-looking coat with a summery dress. And I think her girly hairdo doesn't match with her more mature looking coat at all.

I love the coat, but don't care much for the dress.

I've always liked this dress. It's elegant and interesting.

:previous: I think Kate is one of the few who can pull off a deep plunge and not appear to be sexual in any way. She has an athlete's body and I never see anything of what might be called a "come on" in her low necklines. JMO. It's kind of like how Lupita Nyongo can wear bodices that on another actress would be attention grabbing. On Lupita, not so!
I just really admire her obvious joie de vivre as she goes about doing her job. If you don't think so, try smiling at strangers and people yelling things at you all day long.

I like all three appearances. I find the earlier hairstyle gives the impression of a slightly fuller and rounded face which suits her.

I think Katherine looks terrific in McQueen, it really suits her.

McQueen is so well crafted - truly you can tell the difference that McQueen is made for her. she looked lovely today - the last 2 dresses are 2 of my all time favorites of her wardrobe. I do think she evened out the hem on the pink - it was a hi/lo when she first wore in Australia.

I love the look with the coat. The coat is stylish and looks great on her:flowers:

The dress underneath is mixed. I like the color, and the interesting neckline. But it looks wrinkled, like it needs a good steam.

The pink is lovely. The only thing that bothers me is the neckline. Yes, it may not be as sexual as it would be on a woman with not such a flat chest, but I still find a neckline that shows the side of the breasts, inappropriate for a day event, when she is meant to look professional representing her charity and the RF.

The coat and the dress are lovely pieces and Im glad she wore them again but together, it doesn't work. The coat is casual elegant, the dress is cocktail. I do get that she took it off later but there was no balance Imo of the looks.

The pink skirt and top was lovely for the later event but since she had open hair in the morning, I think she should've had a different hair style like a ponytail or even a soft bun. I thought her shoes were boring, it's spring, she could've worn sandals to give it a young and spring feel.

It was borderline evening event though. Considering the jewelry and such and it's on a museum. Seems like a more "glamourous" evening-ish event than the standard day event.

I loved seeing the pink McQueen get used again. Lovely ensemble, perfect for the warm evening we had yesterday.

The neckline did not bother me ar all, thus is London, nor Saudi Arabia!

i've always liked this pink combination and also her beautiful roksanda lilac dress that she wore in the morning. less so the kors coat, but overall, i thought these were great recycles! those two beautiful dresses deserved more outings :)

I would have to agree that the neckline is inappropriate for the occasion however Catherine marches to the beat of her own drum and definitely her own sense of propriety. Regardless, that really has turned into her "signature style" and we are at liberty to like it or not.

Comments about Saudi Arabia are insulting to other posters and merely emphasise a lack of sound argument in support of Catherine's preferred style.

I cannot understand why anyone could be offended by the V neck on Catherine's dress. Good Heavens Camilla regularly exposes real cleavage in some of her dresses. There is nothing lacking in propriety AT ALL about that dress/neckline. It seems like, yet again, there are those who have to find something to criticize with regard to Catherine.

It was completely appropriate, well fitted and stylish and the neckline comments scream "desperately looking for something to criticize"

She looked very pretty in pink McQueen dress but honestly her shoes (not just this pair) are so boring....I would like to see her in some pumps but with a subtle twist to lift up her look a bit. Normally her clothes are bland enough, her mostly bland pumps just double the blandness in her look...

The only desperation I see is in her die hard supporters who tear down anyone who dare not to think Kate walks on roses:bang:

Day or evening, this was a work event. A V-neck where you show the sides of a woman's breasts (not just the top of the breasts), is too deep IMO. Would you show your breasts like that at your office? I highly doubt it. This is a work event.

But I guess that means I think women should wear burkhas. I mean we are being accused of holding women to Saudi standards.

We are all entitled to our opinions. These belittling attacks on people who don't kiss Kate's feet are low.
