Probably one or two days after the birth when Willem-Alexander registers the birth. This was the case with Amalia and Alexia but in the case of the children of Constantijn and Laurentien the name was announced with the birth.

Princess Maxima was admitted to the Bronovo hospital in The Hague on Tuesday afternoon to await the birth of her third child, the state information service RVD announced.
