Great to see the King and Princes at the match!
 
It would be safe to say that King Philippe is pleased with Belgian football team's performance.

The President of Russia extended his greetings to King Felipe VI of Spain, who attended the football match between the national teams of Russia and Spain. King Felipe VI congratulated Vladimir Putin on the Russian team's victory.

The two sides had a brief exchange of opinions on issues related to the further development of bilateral relations.

Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to meet with Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"Preparations for a meeting [with Qatar’s emir] are underway. if he is in Moscow [at the 2018 FIFA World Cup - TASS], the meeting will take place," Peskov said.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev met with the emir of Qatar ahead of the Russia-Spain Round of 16 match on July 1. Putin last held talks with Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani in Moscow in March 2018.
Qatar will host the next FIFA World Cup in 2022.

Why is the banner written in English instead of Dutch or French?
