The color blue on that deep shade looks great on her. The textured fabric makes it even more stunning.
And, as always, the hair is ok today, but she needs to get rid of the irregular split ends that don't fall well on the suit. It's like the hair came to life and is distributing its roots like a tree on the shoulders. Usually, roots are at the other end!

I agree,its sad but a lot of Queen Máxima's appearances are let down by her lack of attention on her hairstyle.
