What an awful way to die....just two years short of a landmark 100 years.

The interior views of the palace are lovely, even with the extensive damage.

Tragic end, dying from injuries when her beloved home suffered such damage

She did wonderful work trying to preserve the history of the city. Not only of her home but other buildings in the city. Hopefully the foundation she started can continue her work in her name.

Sadly the museum started by her father also was damaged during the explosion.

As the widow of a Baronet, I believe she should be addressed as Yvonne, Lady Cochrane.

Correct, Lady Yvonne Cochrane would be incorrect.

Either Lady Cochrane, or Yvonne, Lady Cochrane would be the proper use.

The wife of a baronet or a knight has the style of “Lady” before her surname. Unless she is the daughter of an Earl, or higher, in the Peerage she would be styled “Lady Jones” and not “Lady Belinda Jones”.
However to avoid confusion with others with the same surname she may, in correspondence, be styled “Lady (Belinda) Jones” or “Belinda, Lady Jones”.
