The diplomatic problem with Hugo Chávez is kept and is of being afraid that it is not going to be solved as well as this way. And, anyway, it is sure that the situation will not be comfortable for the maximum representative of the Spanish delegation to the capture of possession of a chairwoman, the lady Kirchner, who also has differed for supporting a scanty warmth with the interests of Spain in Latin America.
