Prince Felipe, Current Events Part 8: July - September 2008

I think the Prince works pretty hard these last times. He knows what the word "duty" meant, no doubt! Vanesa.

    Queen Sofia's Spanish

I think she spoke Greek in her childhood and teen years, and also German. Maybe, her Greek is a little gone through lack of use, but she must know how to speak it. So, it could sound a little formal and "old". Vanesa.

Princess Máxima, Current Events 5 (September 2007 - March 2008)

What a nice set of portraits! The Royal children are beatifully portrayed. Very similar to "real life" thing. I loved Prince Willem Alexander one...the portrait is the spitting image of him when he was little. And it's pretty hilarious to see how "proud mummy" Princess Maxima seems looking at...

Prince Christian and Princess Isabella, Current Events 2: June 2007 - May 2008

I was thinking just the same...I'm dying to see her process of growing up, but maybe we are a little anxious about our baby-Royals. Just think that in the past, people wouldn't see their royal children as often as we are used to nowadays... But of course, I WANT to see Princess Isabella new...

"Princess Masako: Prisoner of the Chrysanthemum Throne" by Ben Hills (2006)

I think we must try to read all from all sides and then allow our brain to think a personal conclusion. Maybe there is people who writes viewing things through "rosy-glasses" and other that does it through black glasses...and genereally none of them is completely right, but only partially...

    Kingdom of Tonga

Thank you for keeping us updated about Tonga's Kingdom. I like it...However, I wish I could seen someday a true Tongan Monarchy...thi is not to Anglophile. I love English people, but Tongans must be Tongans. Oceanic culture is so rich (Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia), that it should be sad...

"Princess Masako: Prisoner of the Chrysanthemum Throne" by Ben Hills (2006)

As an historian myself (and an avid history reader) I may repport that , sadly, there's no such a thing named "an objective history book". You may find better history books and worse ones; totally subjective and more objective ones. But NOT totally objective ones. And I'm not excluding...

Crown Prince Frederik, Current Events 1: November 2002 - October 2007

The Prince is every day more handsome!!!! But what makes me curioser and curiouser is that fact that he seems to be younger every day...A pact with the devil? Vanesa.

Elena, Felipe Froilán &Victoria Federica de Marichalar, News 2:June 2007- May 2019

Sorry...But I don't think it is cute. If I see a pupil of mine sucking a sock at the age Victoria Federika does it, I should speak with her parents to see if she has any problem at home. Sucking things repeteadly at her age is a bad symptom if you ask any psychologist expert in...

Infanta Elena and Family, Current Events Part 7: April - October 2007

I love the picture where she is signing the guestbook. Making her to pose with her "great-great-great-great grandpa" Carlos III behind is a special occasion. You can't say she is beatiful, but you can't deny she is regal. Vanesa.

Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia, Current Events Part 38: September 2007

Of course not. Too fast for a new children. And they must have some time for themselves and to educate the two Infantas correctly. Vanesa.

Hahaha! Princess Ingrid Alexandra is really a little clown! Just think she will be the Queen of Norwege some day to come...But well...Don't forget she MUST beat her Granny on that! To be a Norwegian Soverein you MUST know how to pull funny faces, or they wouldn't crown you! Is...

    Máxima in the Argentinian Media

Yes. "Caras" is more than cheesy. And "Gente", even if more informative, is not better. I suppose I should purchase some of them, just to share the photos with this Forum, but I feel I can't waste my money in such frivoulous magazines. My interest in Monarchies is not related to gossips...

Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia, Current Events Part 38: September 2007

Well, yes. I think she'd said it. But there's nothing so wrong about that. I like Princess Maxima of the Netherlands and her hair is not always in excellent conditions. We may remark that not all people has hairs who could be easily dispossed in any hairdoss. They could be arranged only in...

Divorce rumours for Princess Masako ?

But..there INDEED exist two factions, one following Crownprincess Masako and other, Princess Kiko? I'm curious about that ... Vanesa.

Criticism on Máxima's Remarks about the Dutch Identity: September 2007

She did her job wonderfully. Nothing to criticize over there... Chubby? I don't think so. She was never thin. I see her as normal as ever. Vanesa.
