Rosana, you bring up a good point. In France, there are laws against taking a picture of a bare chested person. What is the law about being bare chested out in public? Granted she wasnt on a sidewalk or public beach, but she was outside. My back yard is private but if someone sees me topless...

To me, it is just one more way common courtesy has faded away. People are rude when they talk, they are rude when they drive. People are just really becoming rude all around. I am all for bringing manners back into play and showing respect for others.

it just popped up on the morning news, the french courts have ordered the magazine to hand over all digital photos and they can no longer continue sharing. they sitll thinking of filing criminal charges. WTG william and kate. :)

if you take a picture of me through the window(inside) that is one thing...take a picture on me on my back porch(outside) is different. she wasnt inside, this wasnt taken through a window. all i am saying is you cant expect total privacy if you are outside.

i agree with your comments, she wasnt raped, she had pictures taken of her. claiming this is the same as rape really demeans the people who are raped. the pictures were taken outside. not through a window. if she didnt want the royal ta ta's shown in public...then dont bare the royal ta ta's...

I think i read somewhere, all the clothes the Royals have worn are labeled, logged and stored in the place the person lived. for example, Diana's clothes would have been stored in Kensington Palace.

i bought a replica ring, 7 pearl strand choker and matching earrings( diana's favorite set) and it was worth the money i paid for it and it wasnt much. i think it is a very pretty set, and if i would go to a party that could warrant such a set, i might actually wear it.
