Both are not the case for the family because this junior Catholic line of the Hohenlohe family are not patrilineal descendants of the first title holder and there are so many titles that there were split and shared so Victoria inheriting the Medinaceli Ducal title doesn’t matter as two of her cousins have also inherited a ducal title. It was inevitable the titles wouldn’t consistently would not be held by one for a long as the history of the titleholders have shown.
 
Victoria Elisabeth von Hohenlohe-Langenburg, Duchess of Medinaceli, according to ¡HOLA!, she will marry Maxime Corneille in the autumn, in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). It will be on Saturday, October 14, in the church of San Miguel, and the religious ceremony will be officiated by the priest Ignacio Jiménez Sánchez-Dalp.
