It has been announced that the Grand Duke of Luxembourg has postponed his state visit to Vietnam, which was originally scheduled for the 12th-15th February. In a statement yesterday, the Foreign Ministry said that the visit was being postponed due to health reasons, but that the Grand Duke hoped to make the visit as soon as possible.
