Funeral of the Count of Paris in Dreux

On February 2; it was the funeral Prince Henri, Count of Paris at the royal chapel in Dreux, the official burial site of members of the Orleanist royal family. The Count passed away on 21 January before he was due to attend the memorial mass for Louis XVI of France in Paris. His wife was unable to attend. Duke and Duchess of Chartres With Family on Pilgrimage

Last weekend the Duke and Duchess of Chartres and their children celebrated Pentecost in a special way. The couple and their children went on a pilgrimage, walking from the Notre Dame de Paris to the Notre Dame de Chartres. The Duke of Chartres is a ‘grandson of France’.
