London 2012: Swimming Draws the Royals In

As it usually is, the Olympic swimming competition has been the place for royal spotting. The Luxembourg Grand Ducal Family yesterday marked the country’s official national day, with celebrations in the capital. A Te Deum mass was held this morning at the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Luxembourg City, attended by Grand Duke Henri, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, Prince Félix, Princess Alexandra, and Prince Louis and Princess Tessy. Luxembourg Royals at Sandhurst Graduation

The Luxembourg Grand Ducal Family was out in force on Friday in Sandhurst, England where they were present at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for the passing out ceremony of Prince Wenceslas of Nassau and Archduke Alexander of Austria. National Day Celebrations Wrap Up in Luxembourg

The final half of the celebrations for Luxembourg’s national day began with the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess, Prince Sébastien, Prince Louis and Princess Tessy, Prince Félix and Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume attending the Te Deum laudamus with military and public officials and the heads of the various diplomatic missions to the Grand Duchy.
