May 25 marks Independence Day in Jordan, it is the day the Kingdom gained full independence from Britain in 1946. To celebrate the day, members of the Jordanian Royal Family attended various events in Amman. Princess Haya Opens Humanitarian Conference

Princess Haya Bint Al Hussain opened the 12th Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development Conference and Exhibition (DIHAD). The conference talks about poverty and how to reduce poverty and suffering around the world. Princess Haya gave a short speech at the opening.
