Official Photographs From Prince Alexander’s Christening Released

The official photographs of Prince Alexander with his family and godparents at his christening on Friday have been released today by the Swedish Royal Court. Four photographs taken by Mattias Edwall show the baby Prince with his parents, both sets of grandparents, his four aunts, and his five godparents.

Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia have today christened their son, Prince Alexander, in a ceremony attending by close family and friends at the Drottningholm Palace Chapel. Prince Alexander To Be Christened On September 9

Sweden’s youngest Prince, Alexander, will be christened on Friday September 9 at the Drottningholm Palace Chapel, the Royal Court has announced today. The Chapel was the location of the christening of Alexander’s two cousins, Princess Leonore and Prince Nicolas, the children of Princess Madeleine. Prince Alexander was born on April 19 and is the first child of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia.
