New Year’s Receptions At The Grand Ducal Palace
On Wednesday January 10th, the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg hosted New Year’s receptions at the Grand Ducal Palace in Luxembourg City. The guests were members of Luxembourg’s Government, headed by Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, and the President and members of the House of Representatives. Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie also attended.

Victims of Tuesday’s terrorist attacks in Brussels were remembered with a minute’s silence at the Belgian Embassy in Luxembourg today, the vigil attended by Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and his Belgian-born wife Stéphanie.
