Official Photographs From Prince Alexander’s Christening Released

The official photographs of Prince Alexander with his family and godparents at his christening on Friday have been released today by the Swedish Royal Court. Four photographs taken by Mattias Edwall show the baby Prince with his parents, both sets of grandparents, his four aunts, and his five godparents.

New Portraits of Frederik and Mary Unveiled In Photographer’s Exhibition

Two new gala portraits of the Danish Crown Prince Couple were unveiled today at an exhibition at the Museum of National History at Frederiksborg Castle. New Photograph of the Adult Members of the Danish Royal Family

The Danish Royal Court has released a new photograph of Queen Margrethe with members of her family today. She is joined by Prince Henrik, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Prince Joachim and Princess Marie in the photo that was taken on April 16, her birthday, at Amalienborg by Steen Brogaard.

First Photos of The Bourbon-Parma Princess Gloria

The first photos of month-old Princess Gloria of Bourbon-Parma have been published today by Blauw Bloed. Official Portraits of Prince Oscar’s Christening Released

A series of official portraits from Prince Oscar’s christening on Friday has been released by the Swedish Royal Court this morning. The photos were taken at the Royal Palace in Stockholm after the ceremony by Anna Lena Ahlstrom. Prince Joachim & Princess Marie Unveil Portraits at Schackenborg

Earlier today, Prince Joachim and Princess Marie returned to their former home Schackenborg Castle to unveil two new portraits of themselves. The portraits were painted over 2015 and 2016 by Per Pardorf, as part of the collection of former owners of the Palace, the descendants of Count Hans von Schack, who built the Castle in the 1660s on land given to him by King Frederik III. Denmark’s Junior Prince Henrik Celebrates Seventh Birthday

Prince Henrik of Denmark, the son of Prince Joachim and Princess Marie, today celebrates his seventh birthday. Two new photographs of the young man, taken on April 29 by Steen Brogaard, have been released by the Danish Royal Court. Henrik, who is ninth in line to the Danish throne, was born in 2009 at the Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. He has two older half-brothers, Nikolai and Felix, and a younger sister, Athena.

Another Royal Birthday Girl: Princess Isabella Turns Nine

It isn’t just in Britain that a royal is celebrating their birthday today – Princess Isabella of Denmark was born on this day in 2007. To mark the ninth birthday of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary’s second child, three new portraits of Isabella were released by the Royal Court. They were taken by Crown Princess Mary at Frederik VIII’s Palace, Amalienborg on April 19.
