Flashback Friday: Garter Day 1986
As we will not witness an Order of the Garter service this year due to the recent general election in the United Kingdom and the subsequent State Opening of Parliament this coming Wednesday, today’s Flashback Friday is a small consolation: Queen Elizabeth II in her Garter robes on Garter Day 1986.
