Remains of Last Russian Tsar Exhumed For Further Testing

The remains of Russian’s last tsar, Nicholas II, and his wife Alexandra have been exhumed by Russian authorities for further testing, which is hoped will confirm the identities of the remains found in 2007 that are believed to be that of two of the couple’s children, Grand Duchess Maria and heir Tsarevich Alexei. Russia has more pressing issues than to spare money for the reburial

DNA Testing Ends Romanov Mystery

The mystery of the murder on Russia’s last emperor and his family has finally been resolved due to DNA testing. The DNA analysis fragments of the bones of has proven that none of the children of Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra survived and all died in Yekatherineburg in 1918.
