Dutch Royals Dress Up For Diplomatic Corps

Yesterday evening the Dutch royal family hosted a reception for the diplomatic corps in the royal palace in Amsterdam. Today, Thursday May 12, His Majesty King Willem-Alexander paid an unannounced visit to the Dutch troops in Jordan. The brief visit in Jordan began with a meeting with Jordan’s King Abdullah II. This afternoon, Friday May 6, His Majesty King Willem-Alexander was present at the kick off of the 99th edition of the Giro d’Italia in Apeldoorn, in the province of Gelderland. The cycling race started with a 9.8 kilometer time trial.
