Tonight, the Jostiband Orchestra celebrated their 50th anniversary with a jubilee concert at the Ziggo Dome with King Willem-Alexander in attendance. The Orchestra is made up of musicians with intellectual disabilities and is part of the Ipse de Bruggen care facility for the intellectually and mentally disabled. The King and Queen of the Netherlands last night attended the opening of the 69th Holland Festival, the country’s largest performing arts festival. Following the opening performance, King Willem-Aleander and Queen Máxima went backstage to meet the cast and directors of the show. Queen Máxima wore a coral and red floral printed dress with a boat neckline and a pleated a-line skirt. This was paired with red accessories.
