Her Majesty Queen Noor Al Hussein of Jordan, founder and chairperson of the board of trustees of the King Hussein Foundation, opened on November 13, 2011 the 31st International Arab Children Congress (IACC) at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
