Monaco’s Flower Power

On April 24th, the 43rd International Flower Show and the 13th Salon “Reveries sur Jardins” took place in Monaco. The Sovereign, Prince Albert II, arrived for the double-billed event with his elder sister. Princess Caroline cut a brazen figure in peep-toe Louboutin heels and fishnet stockings.
