February 5th, 2018 marked the 200th anniversary of Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte took the Swedish throne as Carl XIV Johan (and the Norwegian throne as Carl III Johan). Exhibition on Marianne Bernadotte’s Fashion Opens in Stockholm

At Millesgården in Stockholm on Thursday, Crown Princess Victoria officially opened an exhibition on the fashion of her great-aunt, Countess Marianne Bernadotte af Wisborg. Chanel, Balmain, Dior – Marianne Bernadotte, A Style Icon highlights 56 outfits from French design houses the Countess wore mostly in the 1970s and 1980s. Te Deum Celebrating Prince Nicolas’s Birth Held in Stockholm

A Te Deum service at the Palace Chapel of the Royal Palace of Stockholm was held this morning to celebrate the birth of Prince Nicolas, infant son of Princess Madeleine and Christopher O’Neill. Victoria Attends World Diabetes Day Charity Auction

Crown Princess Victoria last night attended a charity auction at the Berns  to raise funds on World Diabetes Day. The money raised from the auction will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, of which the Crown Princess is patron.
