The 3rd Duke of Fife, James Carnegie, passed away today at Kinnaird Castle in Angus, Scotland. He was 85. Born in 1929, James was the only child of Princess Maud, daughter of Louise, Princess Royal and Alexander Duff, 1st Duke of Fife, and Charles Carnegie, 11th Earl of Southesk.
