Prince Carlos Enrique Leonard, who is the new heir to the Headship of the House of Bourbon-Parma, was born at 8:58am local time and weighed 3,020grams. Prince Rashid and Princess Zeina Welcome Baby Boy

Prince Rashid bin Talal of Jordan and his wife Princess Zeina had a baby boy on Monday according to a Royal Court statement. The newborn was born in Amman and was named Talal after his paternal great-grandfather, the late King Talal I.
