The Cheffins auction house in Cambridgeshire has sold six letters handwritten by Diana, Princess of Wales in an auction lot full of royal memorabilia, for over five times the estimate. Coming from the estate of Cyril Dickman, who was chief palace steward and worked for the Royal Family for over 50 years beginning during World War Two, the letters fetched £15,100, well above the estimated £2,300-£3,600. Letters Written by Nicholas II Sell For a Record Price

Letters by the last Russian Tsar written during World War I sold for a record $130,000 at a Swiss auction house. Romanov Jewels worth 2 Million Euros found in Sweden

Swedish news agencies report that a collection of jewels have surfaced in the Swedish Foreign Ministry’s storage rooms. The jewels are worth over 2 million Euros and belonged to the Russian Imperial Family.
