Saudi King starts Busy Tour to launch Projects in Saudi Region

King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, began a tour to launch and lay stone foundations to a number of industrial and development projects in the Madina Region in Saudi Arabia on Sunday.

The King launched a development project which involved investments of more than SR45 billion, inaugurate the new expansion of an airport. In the evening, King Abdullah meet with scholars, senior civil and military officials, and a number of citizens who came to the palace to meet him.

Madina’s Emir, Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Majed, had given an interview to a newspaper called Okaz on the King’s visit “opportunity for everyone to ask how far things have progressed.”
